Eligibility

Fantasy Foldem is open to: (a) Registered members; (b) legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States, Washington DC and Canada (excluding Quebec); and (c) at least eighteen (18) years of age or age of majority at the date of registration. Residents of Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, North Dakota, Puerto Rico and Vermont may participate in games with no entry fees, but are not eligible to win any awards. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and their immediate family members (and those living in the same household) of Fantasy Foldem or sponsors of the Contests are not eligible to win any awards.
